Description

Perko manufacture an extensive range of deck fillers to cover almost every situation.
Each of the models listed here fits 1 1/2″ fuel hose. Other sizes are available to order.
The differences between the models relates to whether they are constructed from chrome plated metal or black polymer, angled or straight, vented or not.
The 1399-DPO-CHR is a locking version petrol filler.

Separately, there is a locking insert available, 0525-DPO-BLK, which converts most models into a locking version. The key is also an opener for the deck plate.

The deck plate key, 12487-8DP, is a replacement that suits Perko 1 1/4″ & 1 1/2″ deck plates. It also suits many other brands of deck plates.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

There are two types of similar, but quite different, Perko deck fillers in the range that will cause issues if used in the wrong situation.

The type one part number starts with 1318 or 1319. These will have the word ‘GAS’ on the cover. This is the most likely model you will see if you are looking for a replacement filler and is the one to use if you are installing a standard filler and vent system.

The type two part number starts with 1428 or 1429 and has the ‘fuel pump’ logo. These are fillers built to comply with the new EPA regulations for the US and other markets. These are fitted to NZ-manufactured boats that are exported to those markets. They may also be seen in some domestic models. Please note that these fillers CAN NOT be used as a replacement for the 1318/19 fillers. They require additional valves to operate properly. They are known as diurnal fillers and are designed to contain fuel within the system during daytime expansion.

Tenob stock a full range of Perko items to build a fully compliant and self-contained fuel system. The range includes vents, valves and carbon tanks. For more information on the parts required, or for help with designing a system, please contact Tenob directly.
