Meet Shark Seats, an elegant solution to comfort aboard your vessel. If they are good enough for the Team NZ Americas Cup chase boats, they will undoubtedly work for you!

Shark seats are also fitted by major OEM boat manufacturers, navies and charter vessels.
Available as either the Shark seat mount only, or as a complete seat and mount package, there will be a model to suit.
There are two mount styles, the FLEX and the FLEX-pod.
FLEX is the core of the Shark suspension boat seat system. It provides 225mm of ultra-smooth travel that is completely corrosion proof, light, and tough. It has only 3 unique parts, 225mm progressive travel and is ultra-smooth and light, weighing only 9kgs. It has a very compact footprint at 300mm x 300mm. This model is rated 40kg to 120kg.
FLEX-HD increases the weight rating to 140kg and to a g-force of 6G horizontally, when used with the seatbelts.
FLEX-pod is the compact version seat mount, with a footprint of 272mm x 260mm. The weight limit for this model is 100kg. It weighs in at only 7.3kg. The vertical travel is 150mm.
FLEX-pod HD adds in an extra plate to give additional lateral rigidity for heavier use.
Shark mounts are designed to fit Shark seats but will equally well adapt to other brands or your existing seats if you are just upgrading the mounts.
Tenob stocks four standard seat/mount combinations –
ULTRA-lite. Designed for small craft, this combination uses the FLEX-pod mount with the Ultra seat and is ideal where height is restricted. PU foam. The total weight is 7.1kg. The ULTRA seat is 355mm x 470mm x 556.
ULTRA. This model lifts the performance level by using the FLEX mount, to give a 120kg rating.
EPIC. The next level, with marine-grade leatherette and a weight of 4.6kg. It is 355mm x 470mm x 585mm. Using a FLEX mount gives the combination a rating to 120kg.
LUXE. The big one, at 490mm x 700mm x 585mm. Finished in marine-grade leatherette, the seat alone weighs 8.5kg and is designed for extra support. Rated to 120kg. The FLEX-HD mount is available as an optional extra.
Also available is the Shark EVO seat, in black or teal. A headrest and armrests to suit are also stocked.
